First Stop

Upon entering a town, stop at the Visitor Information Center, in the Park City Museum on Main Street. After browsing the interactive exhibits, pick up maps and attraction pamphlets. The friendly staff will be happy to give you guidance and travel tips.

This resort is conveniently connected to Main Street by a bridge and ski lift. A gondola links Park City with Canyons Resort, creating the largest ski area in America! All told, there are 41 lifts, 300+ trails, and slopes for the beginner, intermediate, and expert skier.

Summer activities in the Park City Base area include zip lines, lift rides, hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Zoom down the alpine coaster and slide. If golfing is your cup of tea, you'll love the Canyons Golf Course. If you're a whiz at Frisbee, hone your skill with alpine disc golf.

Are you traveling with family? If so, treat them to mini golf or putting on the family course. The Adventure Zone, designed for children, features trampolines, tubing, a rope course, gem panning, and zip line. Kids can also climb boulders, walls, and nets.

For maximum forward traction, we'll equip you with an AWD vehicle. Choose from Honda CR-V, Jeep Wrangler, Subaru Impreza, Subaru Outback, Toyota Sequoia, and Toyota Sienna. For a small charge, we can outfit your car with a rooftop ski box. We also rent infant, child, and booster seats at low rates.

About the Author:
Michelle Andersen is the owner of AWD Rentals, a vehicle rental company in Utah that exclusively rents all-wheel drive cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. She started AWD Rentals to meet the needs of individuals who don’t care for underpowered vehicles and want the reassurance that comes with driving an all wheel drive vehicle.
